Protein Domains

Another method to understand the functional effects of transcripts is to determine the presence of domains.

InterProScan, and more specifically Pfam was used for domain prediction.

Usage

Input - /Genes/GENE/Transcripts/x_protein.fa

Output - /Genes/GENE/Transcripts/x_protein.gff3
